Robert Soniker is admitted to practice in New York and has practiced law for almost a decade. Robert’s practice areas focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate affairs, and business related agreements.

 

Robert also has experience in commercial real estate management and commercial leasing. Robert was responsible for the day-to-day management of a major shopping center and interacted with a roster of national and local tenants including CVS, Dunkin' Donuts, H&R Block and Subway. Robert successfully negotiated and prepared leases with millions of dollars of aggregate rental values during the years he has been engaged in real estate management, commercial leasing and the practice of law.

 

Robert previously served as General Counsel to a global marketing and adverting firm. Robert’s responsibilities included the drafting of employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, and the negotiation of service agreements with present and past clients such as AIG.

 

Robert is a member of the New York City Bar Association and New York State Bar Association, and previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of his children’s school. Robert received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 2006.
