Mediation​

The firm’s attorneys mediate and arbitrate cases to settlement or verdict in many areas of law. Eli Uncyk has been selected to serve on the Panels of Neutrals and Mediators of the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the State Supreme Court in New York and Westchester counties; and for a third consecutive five year term as a mediator in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.  The firm’s knowledge and experience with all sides of the mediation process helps us better meet our clients’ goals and needs.
