Hilton Soniker has counseled clients in a variety of industries for more than 40 years. His many clients view him as their "in-house counsel" with whom they can share their most confidential concerns and goals. Mr. Soniker represents individuals and companies in every aspect of their personal and business activities, and in all forms of transactions. Mr. Soniker has engaged in arbitrations before FINRA, AAA, JAMS and The Diamond Dealers Club.
During Mr. Soniker's 40-plus year career, he has represented businesses and individuals in negotiating and drafting agreements, including license agreements, agreements for the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, leases, employment agreements and employee handbooks, and in structuring entities and resolving conflicts through negotiation or adjudication. Clients which Mr. Soniker and his firm have represented include companies engaged in brand licensing and development, manufacturing and sales to the largest retail stores in the U.S., as well as a FINRA-registered securities company, real estate developers and operators, and telemarketing companies. His practice also includes representation of clients in federal and state tax audits, including reporting and negotiating with respect to the Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts ("FBAR") compliance.
Mr. Soniker's participation and experience as a principal in real estate ventures and businesses enables him to provide his clients the benefit of his real world perspective in counseling them to meet the challenges they face.
Mr. Soniker's clients seek his counsel for both business and personal matters, and consequently, many clients and their families have continued to work with Mr. Soniker and his firm for generations and decades.
