The firm's corporate practice represents privately held corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and sole proprietorships. As lawyers and advisors, we counsel our clients on all aspects of establishing, operating and growing their business, including tax reporting and compliance. We serve as an alternative to in-house counsel to business entities that do not have their own legal department. In this role we advise small businesses on the wide array of legal issues they face. We work with business owners to determine which form of business is right for them, and counsel business owners on legal issues that arise as they build and grow their businesses. Our services include drafting and negotiating all forms of agreements, including vendor agreements, license agreements, leases, employment agreements, and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, as well as counseling our clients on how best to comply with the ever increasing tax and regulatory requirements imposed on businesses today.
